Born and raised in Karis, a small village on the South Coast of Finland, Jesse Laitinen was creatively driven from a young age and pursued photography at Karis’ local college for a year before moving to Stockholm to continue studying photography and the creative arts eventually assisting fashion photographers Jean-Baptiste Mondino and Mikael Jansson where he further developed his technical skills particularly in lighting.
